USTA Georgia CTA Mentoring Program
A mentoring program provides opportunities for new and experienced Community Tennis Associations to grow and improve. The USTA Georgia Community Tennis Association (CTA) Mentoring Program will match more experienced “seasoned” Subject Matter Experts (SME) with those that are just starting out. These SME’s will cover a variety of topics including: CTA Start-Up (incorporation, 501©3, recruiting volunteers, establishing a Board of Directors), USTA Tennis Programs (Adult Leagues, Junior Team Tennis, Schools), Marketing & Communications (publicity, promotion, advertising, public relations), Grants, Tournaments, Fundraising and others.
