Series #2:  CTA Resources and Management

Join us for the next series of our 2022 Virtual CTDW!

This series will focus on CTA Resources and Management. The session dates are June 1, June 8, June 15 and June 22. Each session will be an hour long and will begin at Noon.

Session 1: "Don't Stop Believing.  Marketing is the Feeling!" (Lindsey Davila)
Whether you're as cool as a cucumber or a squirrel in traffic in the marketing world, this session will guide you in marketing grant writing, marketing support, as well as social media assistance.

Session 2: "Utilizing your Tennis Service Representative (TSR)" (Claire Bartlett & Allan Jensen)
Learn about who TSRs are, what they do, and what they can do for your CTA.

Session 3:  "Anti-Social vs Social Butterfly" (Lindsey Davila)
No matter what your comfort level is, enjoy this fun and informative session on all things social media!

Session 4:  "Engaging in Succession Planning" (Jennifer Gregg)
How to keep your association moving forward as volunteers move on to new endeavors.

There is no cost to register and your registration will be for all 4 sessions. The sessions will be recorded, so if you cannot make a particular session on its scheduled day, you will still be able to view it later.

Each CTA must register at least one representative to be eligible for 2022 USTA GA funding and be considered a CTA in good standing. A CTA may register as many representatives as they would like, however a separate registration form must be completed for each person.

Meet USTA GA's new JTT Coordinator, Elizabeth, and learn about what's new and what's staying the same in Junior Team Tennis.

Session 2: "Tennis Apprentice Pathway" (Carolina Kaminski, Susan Pierce & Elizabeth Beaver)
Join us for Tennis Apprentice success stories and a guide to help players transition from beginner to league player.

Session 3:  "Resources A Plenty!" (Jane Trinkle)
Are you currently working with High School Tennis or thinking about starting? Learn how USTA Georgia can help and all the resources available.

Attention All:

 

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the USTA Georgia 2022 Community Tennis Development Workshop (CTDW) will not be held. 

 

USTA Georgia will be hosting several virtual educational and training series throughout 2022, please check back for more details.  All CTAs will be notified as these virtual series become available.

 

The in person CTDW will return 2/11/23 at the JW Marriott Atlanta Buckhead location.
