Southern juniors excel in USTA championships

Victor Lilov of Raleigh, N.C., won the USTA Boys' 12 National Championships in singles and doubles played at the Arkansas Tennis Patrons Foundation, Little Rock, Ark., August 7-14. Other Southern juniors also had notable finishes at national championships.
